The Mission of the Foundation is “To fulfil the dream of the late Martyn Crook that encourages young Football players and coaches with ambition to realise their full potential regardless of the race, gender or financial standing.”

Applications are now open and Clubs are invited to nominate Players and Coaches who they believe meet the criteria of the mission statement for assistance for season 2014.

AWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your information will be collected and stored by The Martyn Crook Foundation in accordance with privacy and data protection laws and the privacy statement that you can access from the bottom of this page.
